Play Harder, Hurt Less

You're Not Done Competing.

any of this Sound familiar?

  • Your back locks up after 9 holes, and you're already losing 20 yards off the tee.

  • Your shoulder aches for two days after every hard tennis match — and it's happening more often than it used to.

  • Your knee barks on every pivot at pickleball, and you've started avoiding the shots that used to be easy.

  • Your shoulder's toast by the end of a surf session, from paddling more than the actual waves.

  • Your throwing arm feels fine for the first few innings — then it just isn't.

Your Body Just Needs a Smarter Game Plan

Who I Work With

  • Athletes in rotational sports — golf, tennis, pickleball, baseball/softball, surfing, and beyond

  • Anyone whose game depends on generating power through a twisting motion: a swing, a serve, a kick, a throw, a paddle stroke

  • People in their 40s and 50s dealing with nagging pain or a recurring injury that keeps limiting their game

  • Those who've already tried PT, chiro, or rest — and the pain keeps coming back

  • Anyone who isn't looking to just "manage" the pain, but wants to actually fix it and keep competing at a high level

The problem isn't your age. It's that no one's addressed what your sport actually demands from your body — or fixed what's breaking down as a result.That's exactly what I do.

For the Athlete Who Isn't Done Yet.

I spent five years as a professional baseball player — one of the most demanding rotational sports on the human body. I know what it feels like to have your livelihood depend on a hip rotation, a shoulder, a back that has to fire perfectly every single time. I also know what it feels like when it breaks down — debilitating injuries forced me to completely rebuild how I moved, trained, and thought about performance.For the past decade, I've applied that knowledge to athletes just like you — golfers, tennis players, pickleball players, and surfers in their 40s and 50s who are dealing with pain and want to keep competing at a high level.I'm certified through NASM, CPPS (Certified Physical Preparation Specialist), and PPSC (Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification) — this is 1-on-1, precision work built around your sport, your body, and what you want to get back to.The goal isn't just less pain. It's getting you back to playing like yourself.

How it works

||01: Finding the Root Cause

Pain is almost never where the actual problem is — it's usually a compensation pattern caused by a mobility restriction or motor control deficit somewhere else in the kinetic chain. We start with a full biomechanical movement assessment to map out exactly what's breaking down, and why, before we ever touch load.

||02: Rebuild the Foundation

Before we add weight or intensity, we restore mobility, joint stability, and motor control — the neuromuscular building blocks every powerful, pain-free movement pattern depends on. This is the phase most training programs skip straight past, which is exactly why the same injuries keep coming back.

||03: Built Sport-Specific Strength

Once the foundation holds up under real demand, we train the specific qualities your sport requires: rotational power, eccentric control, unilateral strength, and joint integrity through the exact ranges your swing, stroke, or throw actually uses — not generic fitness.

||04: Keep You Playing

The goal isn't just less pain — it's building a body resilient enough to keep up with you. We progressively load your tissue to build durability, not just performance, so you're still competing at the level you want, years from now.

Let's figure this out together.

Ready to Find Out What's Actually Going On?

Book a free movement assessment — no pressure, no obligation. We'll look at what's breaking down, why it keeps coming back, and whether this is the right fit to get you back to playing pain-free.
